Sarah Daniels has just come back from Ghana where she was lecturing on the MSc Clinical Trials course offered by the School of Public Health at the University of Ghana. This post graduate course is run in conjunction with the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
The University of Ghana was founded in 1948 as the University College of the Gold Coast. In the early 60s it became a University in its own right. The School of Public Health was established in 1994 and is part of the College of Health Sciences.
