The Life Sciences Industrial Strategy aims to ensure we have the best talent, skills and people to support the needs of the sector.  As the sector continues to thrive and experiences convergence with new technologies, work-based learning programmes can help to meet the demands for new skills and experienced workers. 

During this hour-long panel discussion, we explored how employers can offer work-based learning, covering; internships, placements and apprenticeships.
